The Grand Hyatt Istanbul hotel embodies the vibrant spirit and rich culture of the city, spotlighting Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine through authentic cooking techniques. The main dining area comes alive with five dynamic show kitchens: the cold mezze kitchen, the pasta kitchen, the bakery, the wood-fire kitchen, and the pastry kitchen. This project posed the challenge of crafting unique dining experiences while maintaining a cohesive and open design. In the end, the property seamlessly blends Istanbul's historic and exotic elements with the modern luxury that defines the Grand Hyatt brand.
